Tropical Dream Smoothie


• 1 scoop vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup coconut cream
• 1 mango - peeled & cut (fresh or frozen)
• 1 banana - peeled & cut (fresh or frozen)
• 1 orange - peeled and cut


Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and add toppings as desired. We love to add coconut chips, cacao nibs and chia seeds. Enjoy!
