    Ingredients

    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 scoop Sprouted Protein salted caramel
    • 1/3 cup cashews
    • ¼ cup oats
    • 3-6 pitted dates
    • 1 banana
    • Water & ice as needed

    Directions

    1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
    2. Transfer to a glass and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
