Protein Bites

Super easy. Super delicious. Completely natural.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dates, pitted
  • 4 scoops Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein (Chocolate)
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Put dates in a bowl of hot water to soften them.
  2. Grind almonds in food processor and add to mixing bowl.
  3. Drain dates and blend in food processor and add to mixing bowl.
  4. Add in protein powder, chocolate chips and mix.
  5. Add a little hot water gradually if mixture is too dry.
  6. Roll mixture into bite size balls, and roll in coconut.
