Ingredients
- ¼ cup banana, mashed
- ½ cup peanut butter, melted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 scoop Roasted Coffee Iron Vegan Balanced Energy
- 1 scoop Vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Add in chocolate chips and form into balls.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour for balls to firm up. Enjoy!
