Quick and easy smoothie loaded with nature's antioxidants - berries.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 orange (peeled)
- Handful greens (kale or spinach)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
- 1 scoop Iron Vegan L-Glutamine
- Water & ice (as needed)
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, transfer to a glass and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
