Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup coconut shreds
- 1 scoop Athlete’s Blend Vanilla
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- ½ cup dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/8 cup bittersweet chocolate
- Water as needed (we used about ¼ cup)
- Chia seeds
- Hemp hearts
- Coconut chips (cut into small pieces)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a paste-like consistency is reached. Form into bite-sized ball and dip into toppings (optional). Bites will keep well in the fridge or freezer, so make extra!
