• 1 cup oats
• 1/2 cup coconut shreds
• 1 scoop Athlete's Blend Vanilla
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup dates
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp matcha powder
• 1/8 cup bittersweet chocolate
• Water as needed (we used about 1/4 cup)

Toppings for dipping
• Chia seeds
• Hemp hearts
• Coconut chips (cut into small pieces)


1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a paste-like consistency is reached.
2. Form into bite-sized ball and dip into toppings (optional).

Bites will keep well in the fridge or freezer, so make extra!
