    This is a super quick and easy recipe to make, you can have one of these treats after a long run or after your workout. You can add chunks of fruit and mix and match. You can add a little bit of salt to the pineapple to enhance the flavour, that is the basic formula for an electrolyte drink, this would help to keep your body and mind running smoothly. Enjoy!!

      1. Blend the fruit and water and add 1 scoop of either Balanced Energy or Superfoods & Greens. For instance, I mix the Iced Tea Lemonade with pineapple, raspberry, blueberries, and strawberries. I added the Superfoods & Greens along with spinach & blackberry.
      2. To make a light blue popsicle, just mix blue spirulina, 1 scoop of Balanced Energy – Iced Tea Lemonade, a pinch of salt to double down on electrolytes.
      3. Have fun making these popsicles, you can use any type of fruit you want. You can add sweetener or syrup as desired.
      4. Place the mold in the freezer for 2 hours.
