This is a super quick and easy recipe to make, you can have one of these treats after a long run or after your workout. You can add chunks of fruit and mix and match. You can add a little bit of salt to the pineapple to enhance the flavour, that is the basic formula for an electrolyte drink, this would help to keep your body and mind running smoothly. Enjoy!!
