    • 1 handful of kale
    • 1 banana
    • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
    • 1/4 cup plant-based milk of your choice
    • 1/4 of an avocado
    • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
    • 1 scoop Iron Vegan Superfoods & GreensTM
