A quick, filling breakfast that you can prepare the night before. Tip: Make this in a portable container so you can take it with you on the go!
Soak time: overnight
- 1 scoop vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
- 1 ½ cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 3-4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Whisk together protein, almond milk, coconut milk, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir in chia seeds until combined.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate oats overnight.
- Add favourite toppings such as fruit (fresh/frozen), nuts & seeds.
