Recipe:

Makes 14-16 balls


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 rolled oats 
  • 1/4 cup raisins 
  • 1 scoop Unflavoured Superfoods & Greens
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 3 tbsp white chocolate chips 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until combined and the mixture starts to stick together.
  3. Roll mixture into balls. 
  4. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and place in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes to harden chocolate. 
  5. Store in the fridge and enjoy! 

Notes: the Superfoods & Greens may make the mixture a little green coloured. Feel free to use 1/2 a scoop for a lighter colour.
