    Ingredients

    • 1 scoop vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
    • 1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
    • 1 small beet – fresh, grated (can use frozen)
    • ½ cup zucchini – fresh, grated (can use frozen)
    • 1 cup non-dairy milk
    • 1 banana – frozen or fresh

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  
    2. Add toppings as desired. Some of our favourite toppings include: banana, blueberries, sliced almonds, hemp seeds and chia seeds.
