- 1 scoop vanilla Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein
- 1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
- 1 small beet – fresh, grated (can use frozen)
- ½ cup zucchini – fresh, grated (can use frozen)
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 banana – frozen or fresh
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add toppings as desired. Some of our favourite toppings include: banana, blueberries, sliced almonds, hemp seeds and chia seeds.
