How To Use

Suggested Dose (Adults): Add 1 scoop (46g) of Iron Vegan Athlete's Blend­ into 300 mL of the beverage of your choice, immediately before consumption. Consume once daily. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
