Suggested Dose (Adults): Add 1 scoop (44.4 g) of IRONVEGAN ATHLETE’S BLEND™ into 300 ml of the beverage of your choice. Consume once daily. To assist in muscle cell repair, take immediately following exercise. Ensure you drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
